We reserve the right to refuse any projects which we deem are out-with our ability.

Payment Plans can be arranged and discussed further upon request.

If you already have an existing reference, please ensure that the reference is fully coloured and clear.

If your character design/reference is from another artist, then you must have the commercial rights to the design or we cannot accept the commission.

Commissions shall not be on a first come first served basis. Commissions with an added rush fee will be prioritised!

Please be sure that you have the available funds before commissioning, we are not liable if you cannot afford the commission.

If you have a desired deadline you must clearly discuss this with us before we accept your commission, we shall not push a deadline forward unless an additional rush fee is paid.

Rush fees will have an additional cost on top of the original commission pricing. Upon request this pricing can be discussed.

Commissions and progress media may be posted to Twitter, Youtube and other platforms. If this is an issue, please let us know when placing the commission as this will cost around an additional +50%.

Invoices will be created and sent via PayPal. Payments will only be accepted through Paypal in USD.

A 50% deposit will be charged upon receiving finalised model sketches. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE even if you decide to cancel the commission. Once the commission is fully finished the other 50% will be charged to your PayPal.

Payment plans are available upon request, but you must mention you would like to discuss this option with us when placing the commission. We require that you pay at least a 20% up-front payment if you do choose to take out a payment plan. This 20% is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel the commission.

We require full payment before any completed files will be given to clients.

Depending on the situation up to 50% of the commission will be refunded (This can potentially go to 80% if on a payment plan)

If the commission has been started, only the % that is incomplete will be refunded.

If you cancel a commission, your commission slot will be lost and we may not accept another commission in the future (depending on the circumstances).

Issuing a chargeback without contacting to cancel or refund a project will result in permanent blacklisting.

If for some reason your PayPal account authorises a refund request, please contact me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

By reading and agreeing to these terms of service you agree to never issuing a PayPal chargeback for any reason whatsoever. Any cancellations or refunds must be through contacting us and not a dispute.

WIPs of commissions will be given periodically and upon request through the process.

For VTuber model art, WIPs will be given for approval at the following stages: sketch, lineart and base colour, final render.

Once the model is finished small changes may be added. Major changes will require an additional cost upon discussion.

For Live2D rigging, clients will be given a chance to test the model and request any minor changes after the model files are given. Clients will have 1 week after the invoice is paid and the files are received to identify any changes or fixes that are required, these will be prioritised before starting a new commission. After 1 week any changes requested will require an additional fee and will be made at our earliest convenience.

Communication will be through twitter DMs, Discord messages or Email, whichever the client prefers. If ordering both a model and rig, Discord will be prioritised.

Any messages will be responded in a timely manner, but may take up to a couple of days when busy. If we don't respond within 2-3 days please send a follow up message or ping as we may have missed it.

If upon discussion of a commission we do NOT hear back from you within a week, after numerous follow-up messages, your commission may be delayed and lose priority. If further communication is ignored, it is under our discretion to cancel and/or refund your commission.

Please be patient with us when working on your commission.

After we begin your commission we would hope to have your model finished within around a month (this depends on the commission).

Keep in mind that sometimes life gets in the way or illness can keep us from working on commissions. In these cases we shall keep you updated.

Deadlines must be reasonable and communicated to us upon discussion of the commission. If you need your finished piece by a specific deadline there will be a rush fee as stated above.

Clients may display our work on any website as long as it is visibly credited, linked back to us, and not claimed as their own work.

The client retains the rights to the intellectual and property and commercial rights.

We still retain the copyright over our work, which include the right to: redistribute, reproduce, use as a sample for sales and/or self-promotion.

Changing, modifying, or editing the psd without our permission is not allowed.

You are not allowed to request another artist to alter and/or recolour the model.

You may not share the psd or Live2D files of the model with anyone else.

Selling models without our permission is strictly forbidden.

Using our art as a base for anything, including tracing, is strictly prohibited.

You may not claim the model as your own or anyone else's, credit must always be given to us.
